Quitto Terms of Use
Effective date: October 31, 2026
These terms cover your use of Quitto, the iPhone app made by Noramis (“we”, “us”). In short: you use Quitto to run your business, your data is yours, and Quitto Plus is an optional subscription handled by Apple.
Accepting these terms
By downloading or using Quitto, you agree to these terms and to the Quitto Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Apple’s standard EULA
Quitto is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add details about Quitto. If anything here conflicts with Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA prevails. Support for Quitto comes from us, not from Apple.
Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Quitto on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store rules allow. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it. The Quitto name, icon, design and code belong to us.
Your business and your data
- You’re responsible for what you enter in Quitto: clients, items, prices, quotes, sales, payments, expenses and notes.
- If you store your clients’ details, you’re responsible for having the right to do so and for following the data protection laws that apply to you.
- Your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud. We can’t see it, restore it or recover it. Make regular backups in Settings > iCloud and data.
Prices and documents
- Quitto calculates prices, discounts, fees, installments and totals from what you enter. Check every quote, sale, charge and receipt before you send it.
- Formula services and templates are a starting point. You set the rates and formulas, and you decide your prices.
- Quitto isn’t a bank, a payment provider, an accountant or a tax adviser. Quotes and receipts made in Quitto aren’t official tax invoices.
- Reports, profit and amounts to receive are estimates based on your records, not financial or tax advice.
- Reminders rely on iOS notifications and may not arrive if notifications are off or a Focus is on.
Quitto Plus
You can use Quitto for free. Quitto Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that adds:
- Unlimited documents. The free plan includes 15 documents per month, sales and quotes combined.
- Branded PDFs with your logo, accent color and document look, without “Made with Quitto”.
- Full reports, plus spreadsheet and PDF exports. Backups stay free.
- Custom formulas. The templates and their prices stay free.
- Alternate app icons and accent colors.
- Notes. If your subscription ends, your existing notes stay readable, shareable and deletable.
Prices, free trial and renewal
- Monthly plan: US$ 2.99 per month. Yearly plan: US$ 19.99 per year. Prices can differ by country and currency. The price and period for your country are shown in the app and on Apple’s purchase sheet before you confirm.
- The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid yearly subscription and Apple charges you.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- If the price changes, Apple tells you first and asks for your consent when required.
- Quitto Plus can be shared with your family through Family Sharing.
How to cancel
- Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Quitto. You can also tap Manage subscription in Quitto’s settings.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Plus stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you aren’t charged.
- New device? Tap Restore purchases in the app.
Purchases handled by Apple
Apple processes every payment, renewal and refund. We never see your payment details. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds follow Apple’s rules.
No warranty
Quitto is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it correct and reliable, but we can’t promise it will be free of errors, always available or right for every use. iCloud sync depends on Apple’s services.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption caused by using Quitto or by not being able to use it. This includes wrong prices, totals, charges or documents sent without checking. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Quitto Plus in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that the law doesn’t let anyone waive.
Ending
You can stop using Quitto at any time by deleting it. Cancel your subscription first, since deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. If you break these terms, your license to use Quitto ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Quitto changes. We’ll update the date at the top and let you know about important changes in a reasonable way, for example in the release notes. If you keep using Quitto after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Brazil. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protections and the right to go to court that the law of the place where you live gives you.
